Do you have a link for the info? Is this like a hospice care environment?

Thank you, sounds like a great thing for the Vet as well as his/her family members & friends knowing they will not go alone. I do not think I'd ever be able to do this type of thing, but am so thankfull there are great people out there that can.

It's not a large VA program. But it's based on the National Hospice and Pallative Care Organization. Most of the folks involved are volunteers. There is some support from the VA - but off the top of my head I don't know of any areas where it is a working program or project. However, I will see if I can discover more. Well never mind...Mark is Johnny-on-the-spot.
