I have heard you can individually request vouchers through Army CIO/G6, does anyone know this process? This is not through COOL. Thanks ahead of time for any response.

The way I have done it in the past is through https://atc.us.army.mil. Once signed in, there is a "Documents" link on the left side. Once there, there is a section related to vouchers, including the request form.
