I am waiting to reclass for 17C and have been slotted. My training information states RECSTAT date is 3 month prior to training start date, and assignment report date is 2 weeks prior.
i.e. (made up dates)
Training Information
RECSTA DATE: 20210208
START Date: 20210412
Assignment Report Date (on ASK): 20210327
Which date will I PCS to?

These are questions you should be asking your Career Counselor. Your CC is the ONLY point of contact for reclass questions. Anyone else is likely to give you bad or out of date information.

Do you not have any NCOs to ask questions like this to? Seriously this is something your NCOs should help you with. Or you can ask S1...it should be your report date.

It is probably a good thing to ask in a platform like this, especially when the communication channel between junior leader and junior enlisted is not effective, i.e. when they have a bad leader. This may not be the case in this situation, but it is definitely the case in many teams across the Army. It's important not to be naive about NCO/soldier communication channels, we all know many leaders that aren't super approachable.

SPC (Join to see) - Wow thank you for the insight on communication in the Army. I had no idea after 16 years that there can be crappy leaders. Nor did I not realize after a few years on this page that some junior soldiers actually don't even approach their leadership at all and come straight here. I'm so glad I was enlightened. Thank you for clarifying MY naivete. (s/)

It would be foolish if I did not approach my firstline and career counselors first, but they're also learning. In fact, there are more helpful/knowledgeable people on rallypoint/reddit than some of the people in my chain of command. Most of my questions, the leaders I encountered did not have answers to and most of the time make up complete bullsh*t to seem like they know what they're talking about. Also, one of the career counselor that I encountered said there was no point to start my packet or can get approved for cyber until I was in my reenlistment window, which was completely wrong. I went and did my own research and got approved for the reclass through the help of another career counselor who was actually willing to assist.
