What will the military look like in The New Virtual Organization World?

We're living in an age of drones and working on some more advanced technologies (e.g., exoskeletons, lasers, unmanned fighter jets, and unmanned carriers, etc.) that are designed more and more to keep our soldiers out of harm's way.     As well,  the military's adoption of the internet, social media, virtual organizations, cyber infrastructure, and other virtual organization infrastructure architecture are all pointing toward the advent of "The New Virtual Organization World" era.
