I am sure it's not what is on the image I posted, although I like the insignia. Anyone know the real answer to this?

edit: After some more research, I found this article from February where there was a call for ideas. I don't know if the decision has been made yet

It'll have to be gender neutral like the chart shows. True story. When the big study was being done to bring women aboard the Seabees, there was a big consultant prepared report on feasibility and everything else. This was before people reviewed things much on the old 286 computers, if they even knew how to use them. So the main one went around the circuit at HQ in VA. Top Admiral wrote notes in the margin in red. Vice/XOs use green and so forth. We had a female LT go back east for the big confab. Copies were xeroxed in black/white because color was pricey. Needless to say, Connie read the notes too. Where the report said "Seabee" could be considered gender neutral, the note in the margin said "Why don't we call them Sea Bit_hes?" Connie wasn't shy. She keyholed the 2-Star demanding to know who the dinosaur was and why he was still around. Bought her the first round when she came back.

Calling these Joes different versions of Astronaut is ridiculous.
