New Army NCOER have you being properly trained?

The more I read about the new NCOER the more I get corncern. As I was writing an evaluation the other day I begun to think how different every command is when it comes to the Army writing style it seem that every person that touches this evaluations feel as if they are an English Major which lead me to think if we have not master this current evaluation since the 1980s what should we expect on the new one?
The Army announced that 250 train the trainers were preparing to go out an train the force really? 250 ? PRT has being the standard since 2010 and we still units conducting 2120 or hybrid versions of whatever they come up on the fly. So my question to you is are you really ready? What is your command doing to prepare the leaders for this major changes? Please share your thoughts and TTPs.
