My scroll has been submitted for to the Office of Secretary of Defense and since COVID-19 escalated I totally understand the delay but it has been four months and counting that I have been patiently waiting. I was informed that my scroll is is still at OSD awaiting for signature. Should I get worried and can someone have tell me how to expedite this? I turn 42 this December and I would like to commission before that. How do I go from here?
Does anyone have a POC I could contact at the Office of Secretary of Defense?

What program did you apply to? For reference, the Active O-5 board results were promised for two straight weeks before they were made public. There is no way I am aware of to make any board results post any faster than when they post. Have you tried the NPC website and looked at the board you applied to?
from the NPC website:
The reason for a goal of 100 days is that the approval process has several locations where the ROP stops for review. In addition, at each of these locations there is more than one individual or office doing a review of the ROP. For example, at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), there are actually 10 offices with 26 individuals that must review the ROP before it is presented to the Deputy Secretary of Defense (DEPSECDEF) for signature. Because of this a ROP may “appear” to sit at one location for a long time, even weeks.

Sir,
I was selected for a direct commission FY-20 for Medical Service Corps In Service Procurement Program Medical Laboratory Officer. The board selection was released back on November 2019. My scroll was signed but unfortunately my SSN # is incorrect and needed to get rescrolled.
My rescroll was submitted back on February 2020 and COVID-19 escalated and since then I have been waiting for.my scroll to get signed. The last update I received was 2 weeks ago that my scroll is still at OSD waiting to get signed. I've been patiently waiting but the not able to reach someone and get a timeline is stressing me out. Any suggestions on dealing with this?

I am not aware of anyone contacting OSD to see what the status of any board results, but there could always be a first. I am a little confused how your ssn was incorrect, as they aren't included in the board list. Who are you getting your updates from? I would continue to work through that person, or the POC in your board results message or the program announcement NAVADMIN. The current AY-21 NAVADMIN is posted here: https://www.med.navy.mil/sites/nmpdc/professional-development/SitePages/Medical%20Service%20Corps%20Program%20MSCIPP-PA.aspx and could give you someone new to contact to find out what is going on.
Good luck, post back if you are able to get some movement! Congrats on your selection!
