Do you wear a PC with a combat top on?

After getting back or before leaving to the field if you're wearing a combat top then when you're outside are you still supposed to wear your PC or are you not supposed to?

Soldiers in Kuwait wear the shirt with PC.

Yes, but it's commander's discretion (as with most things)

On a Recon Patrol, An Observation Post, Security Patrol, Listening Post and any thing else you would do that requires individually-enhanced situational awareness.
