I’m just curious since my recruiter doesn’t really keep in contact with me often and I haven’t spoken with my unit because of covid...I just graduated ait about 2 months ago and in January I asked my recruiter how to join the AGR program and he said I must graduate and be a PFC promotable first. Now that that time is coming up in a few days. I was wondering who I need to talk to about it and how likely it would be to get a position. Are there any special things I should do to ensure I have a better chance of getting a position? My MOS is 25n...can I only get a 25 series AGR position? And is it a simple process to get waived to specialist? Last question...do I have the opportunity to take another pt test or will they use mine from ait eoc?

In the Indiana Army National Guard, you keep an eye on this site:
https://www.in.ng.mil/Careers/Jobs/Current-Vacancies/
In the meantime, you need some skills and experience, volunteer to come on RMPs, home station AT or AAT, short orders, get access and learn systems to help out the AGRs in your unit.
When an opening comes up, apply.
If you don't hold that MOS, you have 12 months to get that MOS after you are hired.

You apply on HRC. If you have full time staff at your unit they can help you put in a packet. You need to be at least E-4 and finished DLC1 in order to apply.

Normally, you need to be an E-4 first. Gain some repore with your unit first. Network, then have a chat with your platoon leadership to mentor you. They will direct you to the proper online application process.

Passing apft and ht wt, a few DA forms and an unofficial DA photo. Usually most AGR jobs in the Guard may require you to reclass. It doesn’t matter what MOs you currently hold
