The Army recently changed their tattoo policy, should the Marine Corps follow suit?

I think we need to focus on what we're here for: killing the enemy. All these unrelated policies waste time and money.

Cpl (Join to see) You may have mistaken my intended target: these policies that don't serve combat effectiveness should be eliminated (i.e. combat doesn't care about the ink on your body, why should an organization dedicated to combat care?)

As I was, I did misread. This topic was the main question that was asked when the SMMC came to visit Quantico. He asked for a good reason why the policy should change but no one could give him one. Therefore I am trying to attain feedback in order to bring a better argument to the table next time he holds an NCO discussion.

Cpl (Join to see) If you like, feel free to use the combat effectiveness argument. If combat doesn't care, nor should we.
