Help for 100% disabled veteran and Spouse who is partially disabled?

My husband is 100% disabled by the VA. We are wondering if there is any help for us because I had very complicated back surgery last June which left me incontinent and very dizzy and able to do a lot of things. We wondered if there would be help available for housecleaning? I am capable to do the laundry, cooking and a few other things. The vacuuming, dusting and mopping floors are impossible.

program of comprehensive assistance for family caregivers is what you are referring to, and it is usually managed at the state level. Keep in mind, a 100% rating doesn't necessarily mean you will receive anything else.
