Question about Medread: file still with medread. Medical records stated In IEP for Dyslexia. Was a mistake, actually brother who is dyslexic. Submitted note from Doctor and school. Is that enough to prove I’m not dyslexic?
Also 4 years ago I had hydrocele fixed. No issues. Will that cause an issue?

You will need all documents from Hydrocele surgery to obtain a waiver.
If Dyslexia is in your medical records, it didn’t end up in there by mistake.

My brother and I are seen at the same time. She put it in my record instead of his. Hopefully this won’t cause too much of an issue

Once again, it didn’t end up in your records by mistake. If you had an IEP, it’s because a deficit was noted at an early age. It’s a common waiver however Aaron James

SSG (Join to see) thank you for your reply. However, in this case it was a medical mixup when doctor was noting chart after appointment. An amendment was placed in file.
