You can also go to http://www.donotcall.gov and add several numbers at once.
The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls at home. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it has been on the registry for 31 days. If they do, you can file a complaint at this Website. You can register your home or mobile phone for free.

I like to mess with a telemarketer. I will say hold and yell in the back, "Hey Tony, after I get the phone we're go bury him in the desert" then I say, "Sorry about that how can I help you".

Anne, to answer your question, anything is possible, if you have the right knowledge and technology (Equipment). Because of what I do, I do have the means to Ping a cell phone.

Great. That means I'm not just being paranoid. Time for new throw away phone.
What about VoIPs. Thought I was being safe with that. My stalker would have the same knowledge and equipment as you. I using the term "stalker" euphemistically.
