I've tried calling armor branch a couple times and no answer, are they closed?

SSG (Join to see) you're probably using the wrong certificate, you have to choose the authentication cert. Military CAC has a whole tutorial about the settings you need to have your browser at to access. Beyond that, it's mostly hitting refresh over and over a few times

Yeah, My CAC might’ve out of date it only shows 2 certs and it’s not “authenticate”

SSG (Join to see) - Register your "PIV" to get the authentication cert. You need to get this working. Not being able to log in at home is a PVT excuse.
