What are my chances of getting a NROTC waiver for a tattoo on my forearm that is slightly out of regs?

I EAS’d less than a year ago from the marines and plan on joining the reserves in the near future along with starting nrotc to earn a commission. My only issue is I have a tattoo on my forearm that is slightly out of regs. What experience Does anyone have with this? What are my chances of getting it waivered? Should I just get parts of it removed? Attached is a photo of how much I can’t cover with my hand.
