Who has the best military balls?

In your experience, who has the best military balls? At what organizational level as well? I've been to a Cav Squadron Ball that I enjoyed far more than a division ball. The division ball was so large they tried to do too much and spent too much money on a comedian whose jokes offended half the crowd. Ifelt much more a part of my smaller battalion level ball. Your experience? And who has the best grog ceremony?
