Is it possible for a 92F to get stationed at Fort McNair, Fort Meade, Fort Belvoir or Fort Myer?

There are no 92F positions at Fort Meade and a limited number of positions at fort Meade, the others are reserve bases. You may have to cope with the idea of being at an instillation outside of VA. Remember, at the end of the day, you are a soldier and go where the Army tells you. Although they will try and help you, don't get your hopes up.

Your best shot is Belvoir. If you can’t find an Active Duty assignment there, ask your branch manager to look for special assignments, such as AC/RC augmentee or advisor. You may also be able to get a two year assignment working with the presidential inauguration committee.

I have a buddy that just got orders yo Belvoir.... apparently the sm also is required to have a Top Secret clearance, but I’m not sure if that’s for every position over there SFC

SGT (Join to see), it depends on the assignment and it’s assigned duties. If a clearance is required, it may be initiated upon getting orders. My hunch is there are enough units on Belvoir with 92F E-4 slots that don’t require a clearance.
