Can I get a backdate rank/pay grade if I have transcripts with enough college credit?

I didn't have time to get the transcript in time when I enlisted. I was told at the end of BCT that I could submit it within 180 days but now my BT S1 needs to see the policy where it says so and I cant find it.

I doubt it, at the time of signing you couldn't/didn't show it so not E3. I had mine and proof of 3 yrs college ROTC so I came in as a PFC.

I had a soldier who provided a transcript dated prior to her enlisted, I complete a DA 4187 and submitted it for approval. I'll commitment tomorrow with the regulation I used.

AR 601-210, 2-18a(5)&(6) list the requirements.
AR 601-210, 2-18a(14) states you have 6 months from your enlistment date.
(c) effective date - date promoted by your command.
No retroactive adjustment authorized if outside that timeframe.

No, that’s only an option for your initial enlistment. Once you sign the contract, you are not able to receive additional rank outside of the waiver/TIS/TIG process
