I'm currently on a permanent no push up profile along with a weight restriction of 40lb. Also with that It’s mentioned that I can’t grip nor climb. After looking over the new ACFT regulation I'm not seeing anything pertaining to alternate events for no push ups, and it’s looking as if I can’t do about half of the exercises. That being said would this be grounds for initiation of a MEB?

As it stands now, to be "Deployable" you must be able to complete the deadlift, sprint-drag-carry and aerobic event within the constraints of a permanent profile.

Probably. Your situation is where you will have to get medical guidance from your PCP.

There are no alternate events. You must complete the sprint drag carry, standing power throw, leg tuck and an alternate aerobic event per the IOC and FRAGO 8
