First, you must find a unit that has an open slot for your rank and MOS. Then you need to speak with that unit and find out if they'd be willing to take you. Then you'd need to talk with your current Commander to see if they'd be willing to let you go. Now, if you do end up in a unit that is Airborne and they require you to be Airborne qualified...and you're not Airborne....guess where you'd be going.? To Airborne school.

PFC Gomez,
Great question and it seems that you have your answer based on the previous post. I want to encourage you to continue to train hard and become knowledgeable in your MOS. You ever though about going to Ranger School?

Yes definitely it my current unit in the Puerto Rico national guard seems to avoid the subject I asked multiple times for ranger they laughed in my face and when I asked for airborne they said good luck with that’s why I’m looking for a transfer and moving to another state I want to progress and become a more knowledgeable infantryman and my current unit is getting in the way instead of helping me accomplish that

What the process others did in your Unit to go to Ranger School or Airborne, moving is not the answer, it would be to find out how and why others got it and do that same process. You do have to prepare for the School.
