How can I update completed AWTs in DTMS for a whole unit?

I have a user guide but it shows how to mark it completed in the soldier ITR, would like to know if this is possible to mark completed for a group .. your help is appreciated!

You schedule the AWT as an event for the whole unit
You add the roster of the whole unit to the scheduled task
You mark the task complete and pass the whole roster on the task after the scheduled date.
