(I'm National Guard for clarity)
I graduated BLC 24 May, 1059 was in iPerms about 3 days later. I have been asking my Squad Leader to check on the status but have not heard back, he is mobilized for Covid-19 response in my state. He also has said that my promotion orders are "not the units priority" due to in-state mobilization. Another excuse I have been offered is the new arrival of the IPPS-A system into the state and that the battalion and state level HR personnel are back logged.
Another fun plot twist is that I volunteered for a deployment with another unit, with whom I have been drilling with for 2 months. So I am also getting told by the training and readiness NCO's from my "old" unit that the other should be handling everything. And vice versa.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Question: if you’re not promoted yet, then why does your profile say SGT?

Because when I created the profile it auto filled information and I haven’t corrected it. Fixed it now.

Are you really going to lie to me? When you create a profile on RallyPoint, no rank is filled and no MOS is filled, you have to manually fill those in on your profile.

Try lying to someone else, and if you lie on a social media site, it shows what type of leader you are going to be.SGT (Join to see)

You graduated 24 May 2020? You've already graduated in the future? Did you mean 24 March 2020?

Battalions don't "cut promotion orders".
Your profile does not give a state or unit so I will assume you are in a state that cut off SIDPERS on 29 FEB to transition to IPPS-A on 20 MAR.
In this case, your G1 and BDE are working through both the backlog of personnel actions from that interim as well as developing your state's workflow templates and new personnel actions, all while trying to work through additional daily taskings related to COVID-19 activations, with some or most of their own personnel working remotely or isolating for 14 days.
Even before all of the above became a problem, the process would have been 1 to 3 months to get you a promotion order backdated to your graduation date, assuming you have met all other requirements (time in service remaining, an apft and ht-wt on record, no flags, occupying an E5 position, etc).
You should see orders around May-June-July, and your "old" unit would track that through your BDE. Your BN probably won't have full access to IPPS-A until June, so your BN S1 should send a friendly reminder to BDE S1 that your BLC 1059 is done and needs to be coded along with completing the promotion order.
And once published, your "old" unit will need to submit a TL for your backpay.
