How do you feel about the current Uniform of your branch?

I think we should ALL be in the same field uniform, like we were back in the BDU or OG eras. We should take the EGA off the USMC camo pattern and issue the woodland and desert digital uniforms. Packs and load-carrying equipment could be exactly as the USMC has done-- use coyote brown. That way you don't have to stock the same equipment in different colors.

I thought it made the most sense to have one cammo uniform for all the services, & then let each individual service wear the rank, badges, patches, etc unique to their service. When I was on AD, I usually wasn't stationed on an Army post. NEX clothing & sales OR clothing & sales on an AF Installation would allow me to obtain replacements for my uniform as needed without traveling 8hrs one way to my closest Army post.
Plus, wouldn't it save the services money to have 1 standard combat uniform? It is, after all, 1 team, 1 fight!

Honestly, as far as the Army is concerned, I don't give a damn what pattern we wear, be it a unique one, or one worn by the rest of the services. I just want to see us transition back to a BDU style of cut. Give me a uniform I can actually press and clean, button up, properly roll sleeves (with regs to allow it please!), not get caught in a web of hook and loop fasteners, and some boots I can polish to match.
I just want to feel sharp in my uniform, and it's so hard to do with these wash and wear uniforms and boots. Every picture I've ever seen of guys running around in the 80's and 90's, just look sharp as hell. I wanted that part of the Army experience.
