The DHS launched a new program on April 1, 2015 to reunify family members of those in the US and those not. Born on the backs of US tax payers, we will pay not only for these children (up to age 21) to travel to the US, but a host of other freebies. http://www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2015/04/dhs-launches-family-reunification-refugee-program-for-central-americans/
So I ask the question regarding the Oath because it is clear to me that members of every branch and department of the Federal government has violated said Oath. Why has our military, including the National Guard, not taken action to prevent this invasion at our borders? Did they forget the Oath they took too?

Clearly they do not, at least not our politicians in Washington D.C.

Do the military and politicians give the same credence to our respective Oaths of Service/Office?...
Each of us in the military has sworn an oath of service, and though the officer oath of service is slightly different, the tone and the principle is the same. The common thread is the support and defense of the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. The enlisted oath reads: "I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;...

SSG Gerhard S. Ok so the military does, the politicians don't. That leaves us with the employees of the federal gov't that enforce the laws and constitution. Since we know we have laws on the books regarding immigration, the leadership down to the men and women on the ground for ICE, DHS, BP, etc. should all take these presidential edicts and flat out refuse to follow them, until such time as Congress passes a law to change our existing immigration laws. Funding DHS does not give that department the authority to circumvent the existing laws just because the president says to do so. Nor does it give the authority to threaten Federal officers if they follow the existing laws.

SGT (Join to see) I couldn't agree with you more! It would be great if a President would come in and simply nullify ALL previous Executive orders, and start over with the few we may actually require. I am of the firm belief that bureaucrats acting on Executive orders that are in violation of the Constitution should be prosecuted along with the Executive who gave the (Unconstitutional) order.

SFC (Join to see) excuse me? Please elaborate how one Washington DC (non-politican) clown is so much worse than all the other politician clowns. Inquiring minds are interested in all the examples you can provide to illustrate how a one term "clown" is so much worse than the career politician clowns who have been in office for decades, while they blame all our problems on the guy who was there for only 4 years. Please enlighten us all.
