Hello CPT Davis.
I may be out of touch but found some interesting reintegration concepts online.

Ma'am,
I think the best thing I have ever done to overcome adversity is simply to accept help. A great deal of my problems come from my pride and wanting to prove I can do things on my own. Yet the greatest opportunities and relief have come from talking to people in a position to help me. My family, friends, and leadership do not always know that I am struggling so they cannot help. When I open up, then I have an abundance of resources wanting to assist me.Even knowing this I still try and struggle through adversity on my own. My pride can only give in so much...

SPC Grissom:
You are right on point. When you listen and ask for guidance you not only gather wisdom you create connections.
You cannot grow unless you receive guidance and correction.
I have learned more from my toxic leaders and developed growth and a no nonsense work ethic.
Blessings to you
