Looking to drop a G2G ADO packet this year, but thus far having trouble finding a university or college that would accept all, if not most of my credits.

I attended Utah Valley University, they are really good and reasonable about working with service members for military credits and training credits.

Best advice is to submit transcripts and write a letter of introduction to schools you're interested in.

P.s. Utah Valley University also has one of the top ROTC programs in the nation.

Most of the universities or colleges with on-post offices and classes are pretty good about counting military training and education. Check with them first.
