I'm a big fan of working out my back. I mix it up often but a typical workout would look something like this:
Lat pull downs 3 x 10
Bent over BB row 4 x 6-8
Hammer Strength high row 3 x 8
Deadlift 4 x 6-8

All of these lifts are heavy as possible to reach failure on the last rep.

I try to spend about an hour on back but I figured instead of a bunch of politically charged topics why not talk about some amazing personal fitness!

The biggest thing with back workouts is focusing on the back muscles as best as possible. Thinking of your hands as hooks and pulling with your elbows while contracting your lats will give you a killer pump.
