For roughly the last week, when I try to log in, I get a bad certificate error. These happen occasionally, but it generally is cleared up in a few days... Have they done something like making it only accessible on the DoD network or the like? Suck if they have for all us IRR and traditional reserve type guys - especially after AKO going away (for those who don't know, it is CAC only now, and IRR folks aren't authorized a CAC).

they recently changed the system so that you have to validate the PIV certificate on your CAC. if you're getting a bad certificate error that might be the issue. unfortunately, if that is the case, the only recourse is to visit your nearest facility and have them walk you through the process.

LTC (Join to see) thanks, that's what I was afraid of. They've decided to make it inaccessible to IRR and Retired Reserve folks, as neither group is authorized a CAC card.

So as a veteran am I no longer allowed access through my DS login? Every time I attempt to access hrcapps the website is blocked by United States Cyber Command stating "You have attempted to access a blocked website. Access to this website has been blocked for operational reasons by the DOD Enterprise-Level Protection System."
I need to access my retirement point worksheet and now unable to. Tried calling HRC and they gave me the run around saying I should still have access to it.

SGT (Join to see) - You can access through DS login as of just a few minutes ago (It reappeared a day or two back, but I just validated again before typing).
I have no idea why it was down - and it most definitely was, and it would have been really cool if any of the entities I'd contacted had said "yeah, it's down" when I asked the question, rather than ignoring it and giving me the "It's fine, and here's how to access a DS site" stuff. But, in any case, it's back up now.
Now, if they'd just get around to updating my points... I feel your pain. They seem to still be having growing pains from the 1 OCT moves.
You should be able to get to your points worksheet now.
