Has anyone had any luck appealing DASEB to transfer of GOMORs?

I have a GOMOR from a DUI in my OMPF from 4 years ago as a SGT. I am a SSG now and have learned from my mistake. I want to appeal to have it moved to my restricted file. Looking for advice on how to go about it.

From my understanding, DUIs are usually not moved to the restricted file regardless of when it happened or "Learning from mistakes". the only time I have heard of them moving a GOMOR is if they feel the punishment did not fit the crime.
