When will I receive my severance pay from my Meb?

I was recently medically discharged with severance pay. My ets date is 24 feb 2020 so when will I see the money from the severance pay? I already know all about it and how they take 10% out of each va check until it is paid back I just want to get some kind of an idea of when I should be expecting the pay.
