I’m in my window to re-up by June and have 10 yrs in. My retention NCO told me that I’ll be falling under the Needs of the Army, which is something I really don’t want. How can I advanced myself from now till then so I can have more options open to me?

There's no "advancement" to it. You are categorized as a Careerist - someone who has more than 10 years active service at ETS. Because of this, IAW reenlistment policy, you are not authorized any reenlistment option. It happens to every MOS, regardless of rank. Some MOS's never get any reenlistment option.
However, there is a new change to the policy that allows you to reenlist for stabilization as well.

SGT (Join to see) it's in the Career Counselor messages, it's not something you would have access to.

SGT (Join to see) actually I forgot we updated our regs. You can find the reenlistment policy in DA Pam 601-280 Table 2-3. You won't find the part about stabilization because that's a new addition as of last week.

Your option is to work with the retention NCO and your Branch, know what you want and see if an assignment is open. As for advancement, you should be bucking for SSG!
