State Won't Promise to Tell Americans Iran Deal Details Before It's 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered'
In an interview this evening on Fox News, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki would not promise that Americans would get to see the details of a nuclear deal with Iran before it's "signed, sealed, delivered."

EDITORIAL COMMENT:- I'm not sure what the big fuss is all about since the full text will be revealed to the media by someone who is "a highly placed and reliable government source who is speaking on the condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to reveal the details of the agreement" within twenty minutes of more than one copy of the agreement being handed out.

Despite me not trusting Fox even remotely as a reliable source, I'll assume this is true. That makes perfect sense. Revealing the details before a deal is finalized could potentially serve to undermine the deal. Just look at Congress's actions, trying to sabotage a deal before any specifics have even been laid out. So really, even if it is true, I don't have a problem with it. It is a matter crucial to our national security, and wouldn't be the first time diplomatic issues have been kept secret.
