What should I expect as a prior service NG considering enlisting on AD as a 14P?

So I enlisted straight out of high school back in 2002 with the PA National Guard. I signed for a 6x2 enlistment as 14M (Stingers) then got re-classed to 14S (Avenger Crewmember) a few years later. I was deployed for a year to Iraq and while away the unit got reclassed again to MP. We were deployed as MP but never officially given the MOS as we didn't attend the re-class training. After returning from Iraq my enlistment ran out shortly after so I wasn't forced to re-class as I had less than a year left and didn't choose to re-enlist at that time.
I ETS'd out in 2008 as an E-4 with a RE code of 1, Honorable Discharge and no disciplinary actions on my record, basically a perfectly clean record. Now I've been out for quite a while and I am interested in rejoining, having gotten married, had children, etc. I currently work for Amazon which is great as far as benefits go since I dont have a college degree but honestly I just hate it, and I have been talking to my wife about the option of going back into the military. This time around as Active Duty Army.
Now my questions are simply what to expect. Through my research I've found that AD doesn't have a 14S MOS anymore and its only NG that has it, but they have something similar in the 14P, but due to the fact that my previous MOS doesn't exist AD side should I expect to be pushed towards the 14P which is on the critical jobs list and in the Prior Service business rules list for E-4 and below, or just expect them to throw anything at me if I got to MEPS. Next up, I'm pretty sure I'll have to attend the full 9-10 week BCT and a full AIT for whatever MOS I enter. What should I expect from BCT, will it basically be doing the same BCT all over again being put with the new recruits, which is not a problem of course, that doesn't bother me, also my rank, should I expect to be busted down to E-1 again or would I go in around E-2, and lastly as someone coming back after all this time but with an honorable discharge and a RE-1 should I expect to have to get waivers for things? I have no medical conditions or anything that's changed since my previous enlistment.
Sorry for the laundry list of questions but just want to get as much information as we can before approaching a recruiter and possibly wasting their time. Thank you for your time and any insight you can provide

They will most likely have to do a grade determination waiver to decide what rank to let you back in at. Given your good record and combat service I would expect at least E3. The MOS is up in the air because its going to be based on the needs of the Army and what's available on that day in the Guidance Counselors computer. You have been out over ten years so Basic and AIT are probably in your future. Best of luck!
