I don't want to waste time on any courses that wont provide promotion points

Even if the courses aren't worth promo points, they still aren't a waste of time. Especially if those courses can benefit you and your unit.

Sad, what about courses that will cement your foundations, train your mind and actually train you to be a good NCO. Please don't be a know-it-all who fails at leadership. Also if the leadership sees this scam, all the points in the world won't get you pass the board.

I would caution you on thinking courses that do not award promotion points are a waste of time.
