I have been in the process of going active duty. I submitted my packet (all that it contains). My UA says it's at TECH. What does that mean?

My main questions is its been 7 months since putting in the packet and its at tech level what is tech level. Just confused on the time frame. The reserves is not somewhere i can prosper and thrive. I know active duty will meet the structure and career development i want and need.
