If I've been selected for an intra-post transfer and my husband for DS school, will I be able to follow him since it’s a 2-year commitment?

Prior to me reclassing, i was a 31B. Now I’m a 42A. They decided to do a Intra post transfer. On the other hand my husband just got selected for drill sgt school, although I’ll be going to a new brigade, will i still be able to follow my husband since it’s a two year commitment? And we are also MACP. We both have been in fort bliss for two years already. I just hope that me reclassing doesn’t restart my time

If the DS side of the house is anything like recruiting they aren't tracking and once you're both on assignment it can be hard to reroute either one of you. I knew recruiters who were geo bachelor due to this same situation. Call branch now and start working this issue now.

Start calling your branch and see if they’re tracking he’s in DS school start calling a few week before graduation to see if they have you on assignment yet sometimes they OVERLOOK that the whole Spouse is on assignment thing with MACP had the same thing happen to me. Spouse was DA select drill neither branch was tracking MACP nor was the drill branch it was a mess
