Because it is all integrated and what is in IPPS-A is not pushing to GIMS. I am 9993. I was suppose to be in a true vacancy but when the transaction was suppose to happen to transfer the guy out my state went dark while waiting for IPPS-A to come live. Needless to say we are live but a few things changed and that guy holiest my para/ln has not gone to a new home yet. I’m 9993 for reorganizational purposes (IE). So that does not terminate the bonus.

I will know soon enough if there is an issue. I have experienced that even though you have a bonus hard date on your DD Form 4/1 they usually make a statement like this,
"I understand that the effective date of my reenlistment is one day following my current ETS date of XXXXXXX, therefore the effective date is xxxxxx +1. I further understand that any reenlistment bonus payments will behin on the effective date. this contract expires on (ETS)."
Now the kicker is they also have a window of leeway for processing of up to 90 days. I know its ridiculous. But I have a CPT that has been pushed 10 months on his bonus so far and it is still not resolved.
Hope that helps SGT

I was 9993. IPPS-A won’t kick it to GIMS if you are. NGB had to manually put my stuff in.
