What does it mean if my requisition availability in Army Satisfaction Key (ASK) is coded as flagged?

So I recently logged into Army Satisfaction Key (ASK) and tried to check my requisition availability and it’s said coded as flagged (rule 132.04). Does anyone know what this means?

I would check your ERB and check to see if you have any active flags to start.
