We use digital systems to track everything (i.e. DTMS). With higher echelons tracking every subordinate unit's status on mandatory training, do you think that it is hurting our abilities to perform our mission due to reduced training time and a focus on being green at any cost?

I don't see how they hurt. So far I've seen nothing but positive results OVERALL.
With that said, we should be trained to operate when all systems down and when we have to rely on sheer wits, which I think we're lacking severely nowadays with such technological enrichment in the military.

I think there have been some positive affect in some areas and really bad negatives in others. For example, in artillery units that are completely digital will not fire in training if they are forced to go degraded. I have also heard of units that cannot even fire degraded, which to me sounds really bad as anything electronic can and will go down. Also, I think with all the requirements for administrative training that the focus has been more towards checking the "box" than actually dealing with issues affecting actual readiness.
