After re-enlisting for a duty station of choice and then immediately deploying, why would my PCS date change to AEA N code?

I recently re-enlisted for a duty station of choice and ended up deploying shortly after. While deployed I have noticed that I received an AEA N code that is longer my PCS date. I am now getting conflicting stories, S1 is saying I will still PCS and retention is saying I might PCS after the N code is removed or expires. Can anyone shed some light? Any help is greatly appreciated!

The N code will be removed automatically after your return+ 90 days. Upon return see your Career Counselor, he will have to send a Hotline requesting that you be put back on assignment. Once he confirms that, you can proceed to get your PCS orders.

Thank you SGM, so I. Currently still show that I am on assignment and it hasn’t gone away. I also have SLC with tdy enroute. Do I even need to do anything as long as I’m still on projections? I have also been to my levy brief and efmp for the oconus efmp

If LEVY has processed your request to PCS, you should be able to PCS SSG (Join to see)

I have turned everything in.levy is just waiting for IMCOM to release the efmp message because it’s over 180 days until PCS so they can finalize and cut orders
