There's a different standard for the Army regarding reveille. We are told to do the same thing the video says to do at retreat -- stop, salute (when in uniform) or hand over heart (when in civilian clothes).

We do that *if* the flag is actually being raised. Since we fly our flags 24/7, saluting for reveille.
