What should the appropriate duty title be after reclassifying and having my ERB duty title still show "incoming personnel"?

Awhile back, I reclassed as a SPC to 31B and my ERB duty title still shows "incoming personnel". What should the appropriate duty title on my ERB state? Trainee???

I agree with SFC (Join to see). Furthermore, as a SSG you should request a sit down with your 1SG and both scrub your ERB and line it up with NCOERs, duty positions, etc. Once that has happened make an appointment with S1 to implement those changes. This is an important time in your career to start fixing these things. Do not overlook it and put it off. Good luck!

Whatever position you are currently being rated as is what it should show. If you're listed as incoming personnel still then your S1 has never slotted you in emilpo.

It should match your actual duty position. If your RP profile is correct, it should read Recruiter.
