Will getting paid once monthly effect when I receive my enlistment bonus and clothing allowance?

My enlistment date is today Jan 3 and in the pst when I got no monthly pay it always posted on this day but for some reason it hasn’t posted and I’m wondering if it due to me electing to get paid once a month?

clothing allowance is lump sum once a year, so no change in that.
enlistment bonus will depend on how it was set to be paid out, but still wither monthly or lump sum or both, the only difference is instead of that payment being slit in to two bi monthly paychecks, it will be paid in your EOM once a month check
