And if there are, what’s your thoughts about it? I heard that the Army has quotas for women in combat positions.

I don't think any women have made it through RASP yet. There's no such thing as quotas for women in combat positions

Other in support roles, I don't think there are any females in the 75th.

You are soo wrong Kid, as of today, their have been many many female applicants to RASP and the Rgt, as far as I know, only 2 have passed and been tabbed, don't know if the are in the Rgt or not. Woman have been in combat since this nation was born, so you better study your history. Molly Pitcher (?) took over loading the canon hen her husband was killed in the Rev. War. Women were discovered serving in the Civil War. Women served behind enemies lines in WWI and WWII. And women have been in combat roles since 9/11, many wounded and recognized for Valor, up to and including the Silver Star. There are 0 quota,s for women, and as far as I am concerned, if they can pull their weight and make it thru the same standards I did, then God Bless them.
