How difficult is the process obtaining the Green to Gold program in the Army?

I am about to obtain my bachelors and enlist (hopefully in February) want to become an officer in the army, but I don’t have the best resume for OCS right now. Any advice on the whole process and would it be a possible for them to fund my masters?

Green to Gold will only get you the BA. Not a Master's.
What about your resume do you think is holding you back from OCS? If you already have a BA, that's the way to go.

I have a low gpa, smoked five time in the past, and probably won’t meet the pt prescreen expectations, but I have deans and the president of my college willing to write anything on my letters of recommendation, history in leadership, and the will and drive to do anything to become an officer within the US Army.

Elston Harris - I don't know what the GPA requirements are for OCS, but if you're passing, you're probably going to be ok.
What do you mean you won't meet the PT prescreen? Like physical fitness? If you're enlisting, you'll have plenty of opportunity to take care of that.
All you need to do is, finish college, get your BA, go enlisted (if that's what you want), then apply to OCS. The rest will take care of themselves. Stay in good contact with those letter writers, you'll need them - but later.
If you're honest about the smoking, it probably won't matter - especially after a solid enlistment.

I would talk to ROTC at your school about doing ROTC while getting your masters. I know a few people who did that.

Green to Gold is an ROTC program. That means you would leave the Active Duty Army, join Cadet Command, go to college and attend an ROTC program while working on your Masters degree.
Just finish your degree and apply to the entry OCS program. If you get denied, enlist and apply to OCS a few years later. If you get denied, apply for the non scholarship Green to Gold after that. They have a pretty high selection rate since you're paying for your own degree.
