Am I the only one that wears their next rank up under their ACU collar? Is this nothing new? Other Soldiers find it surprising that I do, because they say that they haven't seen anyone do that before. I've been doing it ever since I was PVT. I find that it sends me a friendly reminder to keep pushing forward and helps me stay motivated when I need it. Thoughts?

I use to keep one up and one down...just in case. Came in handy for PFC, just saying.

I wear a Master Gunner tab under there, since that school wasn't sexy enough to rate an official tab ;0)

I would go for that... Missed going to that course as they stopped doing it for MG at least on the Reserve side

AF rank is too big for that. You will see folks with the next stripe posted on thier desk.
