Do 2LT's get back pay from the date of state promotion once they get federally recognized?

I'm in the national guard and my packet was submitted in June of 2019. I have been on order since then and I am wondering if I will get back pay from that date.

You should get paid the difference based on your FEDREC date. There are some provisions now for very long waits for scrolling, but overall that shouldn't apply to you.

State orders for promotion say June 6th

I am sorry I don't know. I assume you should be. Also the NG is funded by the Federal Government.
