WAY back in the day, I was in HHB 3/12 FA, 72nd Artillary Brigade stationed in Aschaffenburg Germany (1988-1990). It was a Lance Missile BN (short range tac nuke). Unit was closed down in early 1990's. When I tried to add it to my profile history, I was able to type it in, but the unit patch does not show up... I think it is because that unit no longer exists.... does anyone have any ideas on this?

My BCT unit (2/47 Inf. Regt.) is now organized under an Armor parent unit at Fort Benning and the barracks are over at the Armor side and not on Sand Hill.
I'll have to check on my profile, but 7-159 GSAB (7th BN, 101st AVN Regt.) is no longer in existence.

I have the same problem. My old unit no longer exists as far as the Corps is concerned it was taken over by ospreys and the poor phrog is a figment of history now. :(

I have the same problem, since the Force XXI redesign with only 3 companies per BN. I just typed the unit dez in and didn't worry about a patch showing.

When the unit no longer exists, at least you can type it in. For units that have been reassigned and moved, the "current" patch and information shows up - which is often wrong for the unit that we were in years ago. More of less the same problem seems to show up on most military websites.
