How do I find out what Space A flights are available and from which airbases?

CPL Kerry Murray - Your nearest Active Duty Air Force base is Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. Here is their link:

Main Dining Hall near BX/Commissary on W. Winter St. Open to Retirees (only at breakfast and evening meal). Excellent cafeteria in AMC HQ Bldg, corner Scott Dr and W. Martin St, easy walk from Scott Inn. BX has small food court, Burger King and Shopette nearby.

Do Space-A flights still exist? I'm retiring next year...is it worth it as a Retiree? The nearest AF Base is like 4 1/2 hours away from me, when a civilian airport is 30 minutes away.
