You need to speak with your military medical provider and see if they will write one up.

That is up to your medical provider to write you one or not. There is no specific time period to get one. It's determined by having a discussion with your provider if that's the best course of action for treatment.

Look, you could have a million temp profiles w/o getting a permanent. Only your medical folks can decide if you rate a perm or not.
